Pappardelle
(flat wide egg noodles) Pappardelle originated in Tuscany, but is also very popular in Bologna. It is often served with a rich meat or game sauce. Our pappardelle is roughly 1 1/4" wide and strong enough to support the chunkiest mixtures.
