Tagliolini
Tagliolini derives its name from the Italian verg tagliare-meaning to cut. Traditionally from Bologna, these are narrow ribbons, usually about 1/16" wide, used sometimes with a light sauce or soups.
Sold in 5lb boxes.
(20-4oz. nested portions).
It is recommended to keep our pastas
